Terrible staff who lie to...

Disliked: The staff continually lied about the airport shuttle and when it would arrive. The first time I called, they said 10 minutes. Nothing . Second time I called, a shuttle arrived (after waiting 40 minutes) while I was talking to the hotel and they said to take this shuttle. However, the driver said he wasn't going to Hilton Sparks, despite the fact that it said "Hilton Sparks" on the shuttle. I called the hotel again and they had no reply to my asking about a shuttle and then hang up on me. Exhausted, I took another shuttle and paid for another hotel. If you're an airport hotel, you have a competent shuttle service. If you don't have a shuttle available, you tell customers and give them their money back. I have yet to see a cent returned to me from Sparks.
