Dissatisfied

Disliked: Got to location and the line was out the door. It would be over an hour and close to two in order to process all those people. It was 2am. I couldn’t wait that long. I was exhausted from traveling. I am still waiting for a refund.

Disliked: A gen-z kid told me the wrong directions and put me on the opposite side of Denver. A woman named Tasha or Tanya (don’t remember) was very helpful tho. Please get her some better employees

I will definitely be looking...

Liked: the room was very nice and clean. I loved how my name was shown on the TV screen when we entered the room.
Disliked: I had hoped for more of a breakfast, not just bagels and cereal. But it's complimentary, so I'm definitely not complaining
