Liked: the room was very nice and clean. I loved how my name was shown on the TV screen when we entered the room.
Disliked: I had hoped for more of a breakfast, not just bagels and cereal. But it's complimentary, so I'm definitely not complaining

Disliked: Toilet was gross as if it wasn't cleaned beforehand

Nightmare.

Liked: The location was good as far as being close to major highways.
Disliked: To preface, I like Comfort Inn and stay at them often. However this location was awful. There was construction going on. Loud construction and debris in the hallways. There were homeless people doing drugs in the side entrance. I spoke to employee and they said they would put a note in the computer. Employees were not helpful or empathetic. Worst hotel experience ever.
