Liked: Trying to confirm my reservation over the phone was already a nightmare. The person took more than 15 minutes just trying to find our reservation. When we got in to the hotel there’s a really bad smell especially in the elevator. Our shower was clogged and they didn’t have anyone to fix it so we have to turn off the shower and wait until it drains out and turn the water again. It was a nightmare. Breakfast is awful they could use more variety for guests to eat. Lastly we were charged extra night and the hotel manager won’t even hear us out.
Disliked: Awful customer service.

Liked: The bed was super comfortable. The TV saying hi with my name on the screen when I walked in was really cool. The room was very comfortable and just the right size. Love that it's pet friendly. Was a big part of having an amazing weekend trip!
Disliked: The shower drained slowly.

Disappointing

Liked: Not much, really. It's like they put lipstick on a pig and try to sell it for something much more than what it is.. i expect more out of a Hilton hotel.
Disliked: The room was very basic for the price. The décor was very limited. The office chair or the desk chair was the same thing that was used as furniture at the pool. So basically, the office chair was patio furniture.The bed linens were very basic. The room did not maintain a constant temperatureThe pool had cloudy water and did not appear usable.
