Disliked: Rented 2 rooms and neither one was available paid 215$ and had to sleep in my car was only in springs for family emergency wouldn't recommend this location rude staff and the kept the money even though my family had to sleep in the cars

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. BODY OUT OF...

Liked: This hotel was situated at a good location that was convenient to all types of restaurants and close to Manitou Springs.
Disliked: 1. This hotel used Hilton Spark stock photos for its advertising but came nowhere close to the aesthetics or quality. The hallways were dark and dingy with an odor and they are constantly pulling wires from the ceiling to do something. The breakfast is packaged muffins, small grain bars, boiled eggs, pastey oatmeal and dyi basic waffles. 2. A guy was pushed (or jumped) out of the 4th story window and I had to end of giving chest compressions (I'm a doctor) and then the parking lot was trapped off ad a crime scene. Our hallway (4th floor) had tons of police traffic. HORRIBLE!!3. It seems that we ONLY had hot water, even when we flushed our toilet we could feel the warmth. We had to brush our teeth and wash quickly. 3. I only saw one staff member (owner?) who was always doing something but was never around when we came down to talk... because really I should NEVER be expected to pay to sleep somewhere where someone jumps out of a window of a hotel who uses false advertisement and I have to give chest compressions.DON'T STAY!!!! NOT HILTON QUALITY
