DO NOT BOOK - we arrived at 4:30pm (1.5 hours after checkin time) and there were roughly 25 people waiting in line to check-in. There were another 15 people sitting in the lobby (some since 1:45pm). None of the rooms were ready. Every person was told it would be 30 minutes before their room was ready. By the time we got to the desk we were told our room was not ready so we cancelled and went elsewhere. Reading other reviews on Facebook, this seems to be a pattern so I wouldn't call this an isolated event. Poor service, planning, management.

Liked: Not one thing - DO NOT BOOK HERE (best part was cancelling the room).
Disliked: Waiting in line for check-in was 45 minutes long.

Will not stay again

Disliked: Them popping fireworks in the parking lot. Them lounging and sitting out on side of the hotel as if they were at a family function. There was a dead fly on our bed. Had to ask for a remote. Whoever was above us was loud and sounded as if they were fighting half of the night. This morning the breakfast options we not good the orange juice looked old

Liked: The 12 pm check-out was great I got in after 1 am.The late breakfast was nice. The towels were thick and soft. Which was very nice. The room was cold after a long drive that was very enjoyable.
Disliked: The AC was loud. The air unit keep blowing up the curtain which was just bothersome. Would like to have had some protein with breakfast selection . By the time I got to breakfast there was only 1 original cream cheese spread even though the main selection of breakfast was the bagels.

Overall, the hotel was clean...

Liked: I like that the room was cold. I slept really well. The breakfast was fine but not my taste. Everything was clean.
Disliked: When I first arrived, I stood at the front desk while the two workers were trying to figure out something with an email. Not one of them spoke to me for about three minutes. I just awkwardly stood there waiting. I was not impressed with that. They could have at least greeted me and said we will be with you in a moment. Nope-nothing
