DO NOT BOOK - we arrived at 4:30pm (1.5 hours after checkin time) and there were roughly 25 people waiting in line to check-in. There were another 15 people sitting in the lobby (some since 1:45pm). None of the rooms were ready. Every person was told it would be 30 minutes before their room was ready. By the time we got to the desk we were told our room was not ready so we cancelled and went elsewhere. Reading other reviews on Facebook, this seems to be a pattern so I wouldn't call this an isolated event. Poor service, planning, management.

Liked: Not one thing - DO NOT BOOK HERE (best part was cancelling the room).
Disliked: Waiting in line for check-in was 45 minutes long.

Liked: was clean facility, good location, the staff was friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and nice big towels. Shampoo and soap dispensers in shower/tub. rooms are nice.

Liked: Very nice rooms and facilities. The staff there are excellent, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast is good it has coffees, hot tea, juice, cereal, bagels, muffins, oatmeal you can add toppings, yogurt with toppings you can add.
Disliked: I checked in late around 10pm.....room on 3rd floor was not getting hot water, just lukewarm at best. Probably from the water heater system not being able to keep up with the demand at that time. They did move me to different room to fix issue, water not much better in it, then in the morning plenty of hot water.

Very good

Liked: Room was.fairly good and check-in was simple. Staff was very pleasant. The breakfast, although limited (no protein other than vanilla yogurt) was good. Also love that they have water bottle refillers.
Disliked: No fitness center. Protein options were super limited. Bathroom vent fan was super loud. Toilet ran a lot, hard to stop.
