DO NOT BOOK - we arrived at 4:30pm (1.5 hours after checkin time) and there were roughly 25 people waiting in line to check-in. There were another 15 people sitting in the lobby (some since 1:45pm). None of the rooms were ready. Every person was told it would be 30 minutes before their room was ready. By the time we got to the desk we were told our room was not ready so we cancelled and went elsewhere. Reading other reviews on Facebook, this seems to be a pattern so I wouldn't call this an isolated event. Poor service, planning, management.

Liked: Not one thing - DO NOT BOOK HERE (best part was cancelling the room).
Disliked: Waiting in line for check-in was 45 minutes long.

Liked: It was conveniently located near family that resided in Brandon, MS! Simply a quiet and comfortable respite to relax in!
Disliked: N/A!

Disliked: Took awhile for the front desk people to help us. The cleaning guy had to let her know we were waiting to be checked in. She was pleasant I think she was just busy so we were fine with it
