Spark by Hilton Bensalem Philadelphia

Room was at a comfortable temperature when we arrived. Everything was cleaned well except the bath tub. There was hair still in it from whomever occupied it before us. The bed could definitely use either a flip of the mattress or a whole new one. You can tell it is worn. Very uncomfortable and loud with every roll over. The neighbors we had were extremely loud and obnoxious (I know this isn't the fault of the hotel). Hotel is however in great distance of the local shopping and plenty of restaurants.

Liked: Great distance to the casino, shopping and restaurants.
Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom had hair in the tub. Neighbors were extremely loud!

Liked: Every single staff member that I walked past, smiled at me, looked me in the eye, and said hello to me. That made me feel valued and appreciated. I also noticed that everyone working there was having a good time and smiling as well. The bathrooms were spotless. Everything was up-to-date and modern and the floors were extremely clean. Everywhere I looked someone was cleaning or fixing something to make it more presentable for the guests. When I was leaving, I saw a group of three women doing the laundry in the laundry room and I made it a point to tell them thank you for their great service and I also left a generous tip with my app.
Disliked: They’re literally was nothing that I didn’t love , if I’m being very nit-picky, the lock on my bathroom door did not stay shut, but that wasn’t a huge deal. I was staying by myself. Another small suggestion may be some type of white noise machine in the rooms because when someone opened and closed their doors in the hallway, I got awakened pretty frequently …unfortunately I didn’t think to bring ear plugs.

Disliked: Super thin walls. I could hear every word the person next to me was saying. There’s a weird door between rooms that you should lock so that strangers don’t have access to your room.
