Great area very pleasant staff...

Liked: Very close to the beach, easy access to everything in penticton.
Disliked: Very dated room, couch had some questionable stains. The room had very thin walls so we were kept up late a few nights by some of the rowdier guests in the hotel. For a while it sounded like someone was body checking our wall.

Great place to stay on...

Liked: Excellent location next to a leafy park, good kitchen facilities, clean, great staff and communication with Matt at the front desk. Very good value for money.
Disliked: The pull-out bed in living room isn’t very comfortable, though I’ve slept on worse.

Liked: Great location, that is all.
Disliked: Room was filthy. Dust covered vent filter laying on floor in room (which is also very loud), dust all under beds, someones old bag of chips in drawer, stained towels. Handyman-special upgrades (paint sloppy/open screw holes in bathroom). Dirty grout in bathroom.We stayed 4 nights/5 days with no housekeeping (its a rule/you have to agree to it when checking in). I put all towels in tub before we left (they were obviously used/dirty)/made the beds/brought my own large garbage bag for garbage (there's only 1 small one in room) and organized bottles/recycling for easy cleanup.After all I did and didn't complain knowing this wasn't a 5 star establishment - they called to tell me the towels were stained and wanted me to pay for the stained towels ... that they left me!!!Side note - I also witnesses housekeeping taking used sheets from a room they were stripping and putting those same USED sheets on top of the "clean" sheets on their cart. Do not recommend!
