A very relaxing and enjoyable...

Liked: Location perfect! Room was clean and spacious. Friendly staff!
Disliked: Nothing!

Noisy but adequate in accommodation...

Liked: Convenient for the lake and town. We loved the Orchestral Concert on our final evening and the city art gallery. We were also intrigued by the Cannery Mall and its local businesses. The historic lake ship was interesting and its miniature railway very impressive.
Disliked: Noise at night from noisy air conditioning which adversely affected sleep. This was all night long. Noisy neighbours talking loudly and clumping about above us. Crowded parking and narrow parking bays in view of wide Canadian truck like vehicles was a threat to our hired vehicle.

Disliked: In both rooms the floors were dirty! One room didn't have WiFi, and the shower was poor. The other room didn't have a kettle nor enough cups or cutlery, and the a/c didn't reach the bedroom.

Great location

Liked: Great location ! Comfy bed ! The lovely lady at the front was very kind and helpful. The suite was nice , a little outdated , but comfortable bed .
Disliked: The suites are dated .

Exceptional

You get what you pay...

Liked: The kitchenette rooms are a good size and layout.
Disliked: There was no housecleaning for the 3 days we were there, I had to wash brown marks off the bathroom floor, and we were only provided with 2 towels, 1 washcloth, and 1 roll of toilet paper. I asked the office staff for more but it never came.

Very unkempt place, dirty, smelly....

Disliked: The entire unit had a strong moldy, musty smell like an old, neglected hotel. From the moment we walked in, it was clear nothing had been properly cleaned.Towels were stained and they just provided two for 3 nights. Spiderwebs hung in the corners, and we saw silverfish crawling around.The sofabed was a nightmare. It was covered in pet hair, and they didn’t even provide clean blankets for it. The cabinets reeked of something foul — like someone had vomited and urinated into them — and to our horror, that same smell had soaked into the blankets stored inside.We ended up having to buy our own duvet, towels, and Febreze just to try and make the space bearable. Before we could even think about sleeping, we had to clean the entire place ourselves. Everything was smelly, dusty, and dirty. It was an absolutely disgusting experience and a huge disappointment.
