Good location and price, but...

Liked: The family room with bunker beds and a double-size bed meet our needs. The location is convenient and the price is good value for money.
Disliked: The room we were given for the first night had the air con malfunctioning, and the noise from the air con was unbearable. We arrived in the earlier hours on the day, and we were too exhausted and sleepy to request a better room. So we had to suffer through the night, and then asked for a room chage at 10 am. It felt that we were taken advantage of. We will be formally demanding compensation for the first night.
