Disliked: Staff are quite rude over the phone. Spa was like warm

Liked: Good location. Facilities were suprisingly good given the price. Close to buds beach, which is a nice park and water way. 10 min walk to Surfers main hub. Close to public transport.
Disliked: Only real downsides were no oven or cooktop in the kitchen 2nd lift was broken and has been for months apparently.Parking is a nightmare

Liked: Lovely modern clean rooms. Friendly staff.
Disliked: We arrived late, we drove into underground car park and there were no available parking spaces so we parked on the street and woke up to a $200 parking ticket, didn’t know the solid yellow line rule, we looked for a sign and there wasn’t one so thought we’d be ok to park there. Disappointed that parking is advertised when clearly there is not enough parking for the amount of rooms.
