Disliked: I forgot the keycard in my room and wanted to charge me 85 dollars to get back in my room (reception was closed at the time, but 85 dollars is really unacceptable)

Disappointing
Liked: They gave me a discounted room upgrade with a spa because the outdoor spa wasn’t working
Disliked: There was no sun in the outdoor area, didn’t feel like swimming and the spa was out of action

Disliked: 85 dollar lock out fee to digitally unlock my door when i took the wrong key card taintd the whole experience, I dont think its very hospitable and shows care for your guests

Recommended.
Liked: Cleanliness. Staff was so polite and cooperative. Spa, poll Sauna was a great experience.
Disliked: Bed/mattress was extra ordinary soft, sounds like you have fallen inside deep on the bed. Need to update or replace with a bit stronger mattress.
