Liked: Staff at check-in and check-out were very friendly and helpful. Our daughter arrived with us, but was only staying a couple hours before heading home, and they were totally cool with that. Room small, but big enough, and the shower was nice. Breakfast quite basic: cereal, wrapped muffins, coffee, and similar - we were the only remaining guests, and the morning desk person walked over to make sure we got into the room for breakfast. This is a very basic room, as expected, and we only paid about $70 on a Saturday night. Seemed a decent neighborhood - Walgreens is next door and Fred Meyer just down the street, plus a number of restaurants...maybe not a walk around at night neighborhood, but not scary.
Disliked: They have placed power strips, so that you can find a place to plug in a charger, but at least a couple of them didn't seem to work.

Good value and nice staff.

Liked: We really liked Mario who checked us in. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helped us with our TV which was not working properly. But, he fixed the problem. Though on a major road in the city, our room was very quiet.
Disliked: The TV in our room was a bit small.
