Comfortable, clean, friendly with minor...

Liked: It was clean, friendly service
Disliked: No water cups or glasses. No place to put soap in the shower except the floor. Water from shower collected outside the shower. No drying mat to put outside the shower. AC- stayed at 65 degrees even in heat mode set at 75,

Love the staff, the people...

Liked: The location is just across from a very good, “American” style restaurant (a little pricey but good).
Disliked: The lighting in the room is bright white and you have no control over the separate areas (bed/bath). It’s all or none except for a small lamp on the nightstand that is nice to have. The shower has no niche or ledge to place toiletries while bathing, so you have to bend over to pick them up, which could be dangerous. The shower ends up spraying all over the floor around and on the toilet.

Dallas Hidden Gem

Liked: It is a small but comfy room ideal for travelers who are frugal but want a classy place to stay while visiting Dallas. Great social activities to meet people of like minds. Great Happy Hour and accommodating staff.This building is 105 years old, I loved seeing the original brick walls. Thank you to the owners for saving this building and making it a boutique hotel. It's within walking distance to parks and breakfast venues.
Disliked: I had an issue with T.V. I couldn't get it to turn on. Bit it was great to get a rest from T.V. watching while visiting. I had audio and paperback books to read
