You get what it says...

Liked: The hotel is located amazingly and especially brilliant for the price - the farmer's market nearby was incredible and is such a short walk into Downtown Dallas. The hotel itself had a good vibe and we enjoyed having a drink in the bar in the evening and playing chess!
Disliked: It would be mean to say "the rooms were small" when it has "micro" in the name but they definitely fit the bill. My biggest concern would be noise as the walls were quite thin but our neighbours were either very quiet or the sound was more deadened than I thought.

Nice, modern hotel in Dallas

Liked: We enjoyed our stay at SOVA. We had a warm welcome when we arrived late at night. Also quite surprised with the Japanese style toilet, that was a fun bonus. We enjoyed the 20 min walk to downtown, but can imagine it's not for everyone.
Disliked: It was a small room without windows, but we knew this when we booked our stay. Would have liked some fresh air, but this isnt a room you stay inside of all day, keep that in mind. Also, there is only one light in the room meaning you have to get up to turn on/off thr light.

Great location, good value, great...

Liked: Great location, small but cozy and clean rooms. I love the wet room style bathrooms, no need to worry about getting floors wet.
Disliked: I think it needs a card key lock on the front door on Commerce. My wife says she saw a homeless lad walk in, presumably to use a bathroom and didn’t come back out. Did she sleep somewhere in the hotel? That was odd.

Liked: The bed was confortable.
Disliked: Very sparse. Not even a cup for water. One light switch, no lamp. No USB outlet anywhere. I don't mind a small room if it's functional. This wasn't.

Place to crash, spend time...

Liked: Good internet. Robotoilet.
Disliked: Very small and windowless. Sink is very impractical. Shower has no door so water leaks into the room. No fridge. AC is noisy. It’s basically to spend as little time as possible in the room.
