Liked: An American owned facility. Kept clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The property does not show its age. Easy access to restaurants. Quiet even though close to interstate access.
Disliked: The price changed from what was quoted on my reservation. They said that the cost fluctuations are due to the way they are set up with the different on line booking agencies.

Liked: No breakfast offered. Pet fee was reasonable.
Disliked: Older hotel. Clean but tub has some rust spots and the bathroom door was in rough shape.

Disliked: Heating unit in room would run almost constantly would only turn off for 1 minute and then run again for 3 to 5 minutes and that repeated all night

I saw evidence of poor...

Liked: The room was quiet, and furniture seemed to be well-maintained. Parking was available close to our room, which made unloading luggage easy. Staff was always available and very polite. The rooms were spacious and well-laid out.
Disliked: The hallway smelled horrible, stains on the bed protectors, super squeaky beds, and I found a used plastic utensil on the bathroom floor(from a previous guest). The last thing (which is an easy fix, no problem) is that the TV guide in the room does not match what's actually on TV.
