Southern Oaks Inn - Saint Augustine

Nice place; needs help but staff was great.

Liked: Location/staff.
Disliked: Room had a musty smell and breakfast food was cold - bread had mold on it.

Liked: I loved how clean the property was and the ice machines worked the refrigerator and microwave and coffee pot worked. They always came in and cleaned my room so when I came back it smelled so nice and nothing was taken. The pool was nice and had a partial cover for cooling off. I loved it there. Will be back

Liked: From the front desk personal to housekeeping, everyone was nice and helpful.

Liked: I loved the mom and pop style property. Older but well kept. Staff were AMAZING! Super friendly and very thorough on all amenities and how to get to our room.
Disliked: Breakfast was good but not a lot of variety.

Liked: Nice room. Fairly close to everything. Does change $20 per night for parking. Needs a bigger ice machine. Not to noisy

Liked: Hotel was clean, close to downtown, and offered a shuttle service to the historic district. A nice place overall.
Disliked: Coffee pot was broken in the room
