Liked: The hotel is near the station ans bus routes, the accommodation is clean and comfortable, and offers very good value, the staff are amazing and helpful they make you feel really welcome.

Liked: I liked the room and the location it was a short walk from watford junction station and had everything I needed and the food was great too.
Disliked: Maybe have a fan in the room for when it is very hot because it was uncomfortable to sleep in the heat and the shower was dripping after taking a shower but staff tried to help as best as they could but still some small drips.

Liked: Great location for Harry Potter studio. All staff were lovely.

Liked: The location is perfect, and it's handy to have food available downstairs. Sink and shower in the room is also nice.
Disliked: The heaters were not turned or functioning on until I requested them on a cold night. When I called the all hours line, no one answered. Shared toilets are not my favorite. Smoke alarm went off at 11:30 PM because restaurant staff had accidentally tripped it upon closing.

Liked: Lovely staff, nice clean rooms, great location for travelling into Wembley.
Disliked: Was very hot weather and unfortunately due to scaffolding couldn’t open windows so fans would be handy. But honestly this is short term. The place was fantastic and will book again
