Have stayed at the Southend...

Liked: Proximity to family, beach & Supermarket. Great Pub and food underneath. Nice and quiet, roomy & comfortable & clean.
Disliked: Do not like drinking out of huge cups/mugs. Could do with a tea towel, smaller cups and a couple of wine glasses. Minor things.

Highly recommended!

Liked: Chris was super helpful from the moment we arrived. The room was super clean and comfortable and the restaurant downstairs was great. The staircase that some other people complained about isn’t a problem (and I use a walking stick).

Liked: Staff are awesome and accommodating.Facilities are well appointed and clean, beautiful modern decor.Excellent amenities near by, restaurant, woolworths, chemistry, bakery, takeaways, hair dresser, doctors, bottle shop. Walking distance to beach, shops, bus stops.
