Great location and great staff....

Liked: Great staff. Food was good.
Disliked: Premises very tired looking inside. Could do with updating and modernising. The hot tub / pool doesn’t open on a Monday. Sauna very small and not very welcoming.

Liked: Quick and easy to check in. Friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike really! The breakfast was delicious but I think my son would have like a choice of pastries.

Disliked: Our room was not clean and needed decorating/upgrade. The rad was not working, so had a replacement unstable electric heater.

Liked: The room was clean, tidy and was decorated nicely. The bed was comfortable too.We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and food we had was delicious and the portions were great. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful.

Liked: The location was perfect for us to visit family who live just a few miles from the hotel. We come from Cornwall.
Disliked: Just a suggestion, the bath needs a handrail to help elderly people such as ourselves to safely get in and out. The floor tiles were loose and the grouting had gone.
