Liked: Beautiful place, excellent staff and breakfast was lovely

Good on the whole but...

Liked: Location was close to the town. Central to where I needed to be. Nice location with good grounds and parking.
Disliked: Breakfast was terrible and staff who were on duty that morning serving breakfast were less than attentive. Poor selection of breakfast options. Vegetarian sausages were disgusting and mushrooms greasy. Couldn’t face breakfast the next day so declined to eat there , despite paying for it.

Liked: We enjoyed our meals at the hotel.
Disliked: The room was not as expected and not really suitable for someone in a wheelchair who requires a single bed, We had requested a twin-bedded room but the family room provided ony had one bed and a put-up bed.

Disliked: TV in the room didn't work.We asked for new batteries which the staff brought BUT still didn't work.We upgraded our room & still got a TV that didn't work.

Liked: Location. It was in a beautiful location. Very peaceful.
Disliked: Our bedroom, floor wasn’t cleaned from previous resident, I found little toys on the floor and coffee stains.The bathroom had a stench. Toilet seat was too small for the toilet, there is no point even having a toilet seat!There was tea and coffee and sugar in the room with a clean kettle, and three cookies that my son devoured. But there was no milk! There was a smell in the bedroom near the headboard that made it hard for me to sleep, it was a stale smell or mould smell. The bed was comfortable, my son had his own bed and it too was comfortable. Towels were clean. Breakfast was good, choice of veggies and meat with eggs or continental.

Liked: We arrived late at night but there were staff on duty to check us in. We checked into our room but there was a baby next door was screaming no stop. I went back to reception and told the staff member Antoni(not sure of the correct spelling) that it was very noisy in the room next to us and if it possible to move to another room. Without hesitation she changed our room. Just want to say thank you to her and for her great customer service. For that reason we will definitely be back. The dining room staff were also great and friendly. We loved the hotel
