Stay away! No front desk....

Liked: The SPA which is NOT really part of the hotel.Stay away from the hotel itself.
Disliked: Go elsewhere. Really bad experience. The heater didn’t heat and cold wind went inside. We didn’t sleep the ENTIRE night which was the only night we booked and stayed. When we approached the front desk we were told “oh, so sorry for you.. I will pass this to the general manager and he will call you”. Not offering a refund, no compensation up on check out. Absolutely nothing. We were completely surprised, and guess what - no call from the general manager either.

Great apart from the dreadful...

Liked: Great location. Lg clean room and bathroom. On site parking. Good coffee machine. Staff lovely.
Disliked: The pillows!! The worst we have ever had at any hotel……..So uncomfortable and cheap. Breakfast basic..

Disliked: The lighted magnifying mirror did not work and the last day our Nespresso machine would not turn on
