I was surprised at how comfortable the beds were. The workers were really friendly and really helpful.

Disliked: There were no real low points.

Disliked: Hotel was nasty; the carpet and walls were so dirty; it wasn't a $100.00 a night hotel.

Hard to get to and from conveniently with everything under construction. Paying for parking as a registered guest not acceptable.

Disliked: Lighting poor in rooms. Shower head corroded. Staff seemed uninterested in people. Valet was the nicest person around. Beds sagging.

The lobby was beautiful; the staff and service was excellent; however the rooms were in need of TLC. This would not stop me from staying there again.

The rooms were filthy. Property lacked the staff necessary to accommodate their guests. Very disappointing!

They charge you $10 the second you pull up for a "mandatory valet" that's not cited on their website. They also require a $50 deposit for incidentals. The room was over $100 but was about as nice as a $25 a night hotel. I would never recommend this hotel.

Amazing! Room was clean, and comfortable. Staff was awesome. Perfect location. Will use every time we travel to Jacksonville!
