Liked: Everything was fantastic from the lovely welcome on arrival, the fantastic food and the oh so helpful staff. A real home from home. Will definitely be returning later in the year.

Liked: Liked the location, ideal spot, spacious room.sfaff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: No pillow protectors, bed was well too firm, both suffering with bad back now.Breakfast wasn't included so on the last morning we decided to pay for breakfast, bad idea, all was undercooked and not hot,we couldn't finish it,even the coffee was only warm,waste of money. The shower mat wasn't very clean, mould underneath it, the iron had a burn mark on the iron plate, the kettle hadn't been emptied, full of bits.The rooms view was only a view of the car park and a flat roof, water pressure was a joke, expected more for the money I paid, we will not return!

Liked: Many, many positives.Great curb appeal. Very welcoming feel. Staff are very friendly, dogs are very well looked after here. They receive a goodie bag and a bowl of water at every meal. A lovely paddock overlooking local horses for the dogs to exercise and use the toilet. Beautiful bathroom, large, very clean and well maintained bedrooms ( new build ). Food is 10/10, we enjoyed all of our meals.we could see the restaurant was always busy with events such as birthdays. Location is great, walked to the beach within 20 mins. We would love to visit again in the future.
Disliked: Very little that we didn't like, only thing to maybe consider is Aircon. We stayed in the new build and we were very hot during the night even with heating off. Other guests had said they were also hot during the night. The hotel had kindly placed fans in the room to use but these can be noisy when trying to sleep. Being on the ground floor we didn't feel we could have slept with the window wide open.
