We'll be back!

Liked: Atmosphere was great, but background music was too loud and rock music at 8am was a harsh way to greet the day. Reception staff were superb, coffee tray & toiletries really nice, showers lovely, rooms well appointed. Staff were exceptionally helpful when I rang with questions - a really lovely place to stay
Disliked: Abbie wasn't very friendly, made us feel rather rushed. We were very surprised when she told us that the salmon could only be cooked well done! We asked her to check with chef as this is NEVER how salmon should be cooked (Michelin star chef was one of the party so we knew what should be possible). Food was very very good but portion size was overwhelming (even for two men with healthy appetites)

Brilliant facilities, excellent staff and...

Liked: The facilities were excellent. Everything worked. Air con, TV with chromecast. Tea and coffee with fresh milk brought up, biscuits and crisps too. The staff were all brilliant, helpful, friendly and interested in making things as good as they can be.
Disliked: There’s was nothing to not like!

Excellent staff, food and venue....

Liked: It was a really charming place, quite a larger site than expected and easy to get to. The food was fantastic although the portions were huge! The staff were the stand out though, everyone we dealt with was so helpful and friendly. The room was lovely, lots of nice touches and very clean.
Disliked: There were literally only two things. The bed was quite hard so I didn’t sleep well. And we could hear absolutely everything going on in the room next door, they were watching tv until 4am and where very loud when talking in the morning, very thin walls so I’m not sure I would choose to stay here again sadly
