I really enjoyed my stay....

Liked: The location and rate was awesome
Disliked: The staff of females went against company rules and when they got in trouble with the manager they tried to make it look like I was doing something I did not do with another guest. That could have gotten me in trouble with the law. But I reported it to the Law.

Liked: Excellent experience at this hostal! I want to highlight the exceptional service I received from the team. In particular, Tolu at the front desk was very friendly and efficient in resolving my requests. His positive attitude and contagious smile made my stay even more enjoyable.But what really impressed me was the personalized attention from the manager, Elias. He took the time to ensure everything was okay and made sure my needs were met. His leadership and dedication to quality service are evident in every detail.Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Thanks Tolu and Elias for making my stay an unforgettable experience!"

Great location, but the room...

Liked: The location of the hostel is excellent! The team was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Special thanks to Gonzalo at check-in and Oriana at check-out, both were very professional and welcoming.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the room experience was quite disappointing. The space was extremely cramped for six beds, leaving no room to move around. The bathroom was dirty and practically unusable, with very poor hygiene conditions.

A dirty hostel, works for...

Liked: It had a kitchen and all that you would expert from a hostel. It had a decent price.
Disliked: It was very dirty, it smelled strange in the bedroom. At first it wasnt a big problem but after some days it was not tolerable if you are used ro Western standards. There was some people there who was acting a bit strange. They tried to offer us an upgrade of the room in exchange for a better review on this site. We wasn't very pleased with the stay

Liked: The staff and management are awesome very friendly and welcoming. They made sure I was comfortable and pleased with my stay. I accidently made a mistake on my booking selection and staff member Graciella patiently helped get me back on track with no worries. I was so thankful I chose this hotel it is Just minutes from the beach. Thanks guys
Disliked: I enjoyed every minute of my stay there was noting I did not like

Disliked: They charged me the deposit and i leaving before 10pm

Budget friendly and well located.

Liked: I stayed here once before and thought it was okay, this time around it was better the place has improved and steph really made a difference , super helpful and welcoming , great experiencee overall
