Poor

Liked: The pool and splash pad was nice.
Disliked: After already paying for my reservation I got an email saying the hotel changed my booking. Then I was overcharged twice for a balcony room even though I didn’t stay in a room with a balcony. I wasn’t happy with having to call and be on hold for a long time to try to get this figured out. The beds were awful and the pillows were as flat as paper.

I plan on coming back.

Liked: I really liked the marina. I could sit out there all night long.
Disliked: The pool should be open longer.

Liked: Location convenient. Property clean and well maintained. Pool areas quiet with ample lounge chairs.

Liked: Close to lake friendly staff.
Disliked: The pools aren't warm enough, teenagers playing rough in hot tub in the evening so we didn't get to enjoy that much. Dated rooms very loud air conditioners.

Liked: There was a nice playground and swimming pool.
Disliked: The Hotel was almost empty and we were placed in the back on the 3rd floor, and when I asked for a room change, and they refused to move us to a better room, a room with a view.
