Liked: Nice location rooms spacious bathroom clean
Disliked: Very strict rule list lose a spoon £1 fine and about another 20 list of fines makes you feel like not touching or using anything pretty much treating you like a child. No smoking in hotel but can smell weed.

Comfortable rooms shitty service

Liked: Didn't have breakfast facilities, the fact there was 2 tvs one in the front bedroom and one the back bedroom
Disliked: We got charged £20 FOR a small spill on the bedsheets, the corridor smelt of mould the bar wasn't open at night and if u ran out toilet roll in the middle of the night tough u would have to wait till 8am the next again day

Liked: The location is perfect, the room was clean.The receptionist was friendly and efficient.
Disliked: The hotel corridors are old with bump in the floor. The view to our room was towards a roof that was full of rubbish. The windows were dirty on the outside (did not bothered us,but for some may be important). The hotel doesn't have parking, so we had to pay extra to a carpark nearby(£10/24h).

Liked: I have literally nothing positive to say about this hotel
Disliked: On arrival was told we had to pay £60 deposit on top of the cost of the room in case of damages. It does state in the listing but not very clear, also who does that??? The place was so run down.. floor boards all uneven, even on the stairs.. the room was nothing like the pictures on the listing. The mattress was so old and used it was like sleeping on jelly. Wallpaper pealing off the walls, stains on the bathroom floor like someone had died.. also the single bedroom was off of the bathroom so had to walk through the bathroom to get out?? On departure at 10 am was made to wait for 30 minutes in tge lobby with all the other guests in the hotel for this 1 miserable womon to check all the rooms before getting our deposit back. People were being deducted money from their deposit for using a towel. Absolutely disgusting attitude from the woman on reception. Id advise anyone thinking of staying here to pay a little bit more and stay somewhere else.. Will never book here again.. I wouldn't even give the place 1 star..
