Liked: Great hotel in a great location welcoming reception staff very clean spacious rooms wiv a very modern bathroom.
Disliked: We stayed on 1 of the hottest weekend the rooms defo need ac or a fan and a fridge 2 keep things cool

Liked: first time staying at a hotel in the UK so was abit sceptical but everything was great. Sarah at the reception was so welcoming, lovely and genuinely friendly! extremely clean hotel we got the family room which was super clean and tidy and spacious which the kids loved to run around in. Only downside was that there was no wifi i believe they were getting a new box fitted? so kids got very bored in the evening and wanted to play their games so we didnt hear the end of it Also could have done with a small fridge as it was very warm (went on the hottest day of year so far) but its fine as we ended up buying a mini one for babys milk etc. Other than that it was lovely and right on the promenade so super convenient. Hoping to go back again soon.

Liked: The lady at the reception was lovely to us she told us about the hotel.We had a lovely Seaview room with a separate room with a single bed in it.The hotel has a bar outside with music playing and a big beer garden also to enjoy the sun.I would definitely go again
Disliked: There was no WiFi.We brought our playstation portal to go on at night.

Liked: The staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Fantastic value for money. Sea view and promenade view from the window. Cross the road and you're at the beach. Couldn't fault it at all.
Disliked: Having to leave. Wish we spent more than 1 night.
