Liked: Friendly staff. Nice garden
Disliked: Online check in and check out system. I am not a robot and dislike being asked personal questions which I assume are for marketing purposes and not related to my stay. Is this a breach of data protection laws?

Liked: Location was great. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Brochure inside room says all rooms have free WiFi which is incorrect as I didn't. No WiFi at all in my room had to sit in reception which I didn't like. Bathroom blind was broken so couldn't block out neon light shining in disturbing my sleep. Mattress was very soft with central dip. Furniture was stained / dirty.

Overpriced and has below standard...

Liked: When we arrived we went for lunch the food was very good and tasty the parking was easy and free the selection of drinks was good also the breakfast tasted good but there was a few issues. The room was clean
Disliked: There was no WiFi I had to use my data to watch my firestick and to do some business work. When im paying over £200 for an overnight stay the minimum you’d expect in this day and age was working WiFi. We complained early in our stay but the staff poo pooed us and didn’t offer any form of compensation. We booked into the premium room with a sea view, the room was old fashioned and a little tired and it had a small 32 inch tv which in such a large room was barely visible from the bed. The bar was left unattended a couple of times. The breakfast was a bit of a mess too, we were given toast with no butter and tea with no milk I twice had to get out my seat to ask for milk and butter, there was no beans option either which was bizarre and standard for a full breakfast.

We can happily recommend South...

Liked: The location was perfect for walking into town and the beach was nearby too.
Disliked: Nothing everything was to our satisfaction

Liked: Location excellent, friendly staff. Room a little basic but clean and suited needs
Disliked: Breakfast was poor apart from the haggis which was tasty. All other ingredients not as nice, poached eggs looked the same as the fried eggs
