Wasted my vacation time

Disliked: The hallway & room smelled like a dank basemen from the 1970s. Staff were mildly helpful

Great comfy hotel in a...

Liked: The facilities and room was excellent, very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I think that there could have been more information in regards to the amenities, for example: pool opening and closing time. Additionally some information cards about what there is to do in Miami would’ve been very helpful, especially for tourists like us.

It was fine. One and...

Liked: They couldn’t find our reservation for 45 minutes even with the booking com number and details. They were using my middle name allegedly. Very bizarre and stressful check in

Food good and reception but...

Liked: The shower wasn’t hot and the shower handle didn’t work properly so had cold shower .. waiting time for the waiter was too long to be seated .. service charge was included and I think it should be guest option to decide if tip should be added or not . I think the reception staff was very nice .
Disliked: Cold shower and too long waiting for the restaurant staff
