It was fine. One and...

Liked: They couldn’t find our reservation for 45 minutes even with the booking com number and details. They were using my middle name allegedly. Very bizarre and stressful check in

Food good and reception but...

Liked: The shower wasn’t hot and the shower handle didn’t work properly so had cold shower .. waiting time for the waiter was too long to be seated .. service charge was included and I think it should be guest option to decide if tip should be added or not . I think the reception staff was very nice .
Disliked: Cold shower and too long waiting for the restaurant staff

Exceptional

Liked: Exceptional customer service. Above and beyond. I had a very stressful experience driving back from a work meeting and the hotel was extra accommodating towards me with their understanding of my late checkout. The value of customer service is truly priceless.

Disliked: Old, not comfy, mattress was worne out and horrible with a hole

I would not stay again...

Liked: The staff was great and tried their best to accommodate us.
Disliked: The building is old it smells has lots of stains and like mildew build up.

Won’t be back

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The hotel has NO Parking.The closest parking is around the corner at min 40/ day. No elevator and had to park on the 5th floor. The staff was non existent. The hotels is definitely not a resort even though I paid a $40 resort fee! There wasn’t even free coffee in the room. We were evacuating from Hurricane Milton and you jacked the price up!

Great Relaxing Stay

Liked: Loved its location, friendly reception and housekeeping staff. 1 block away from the beach. Has access to a gorgeous rooftop pool and the restaurant orange blossom is delicious.
