Liked: View was awesome. Nespresso coffee maker in room. Continental breakfast was great. Long Island bagels did not disappoint. Lobby was clean and tastefully decorated. Plenty of snacks to choose from with clearly displayed prices. Toiletries were good quality.
Disliked: Noisy neighbors on both sides of our room. Paper thin walls. Windows do not open. We would've like to have listened to the waves.

Over-priced, especially for the middle...
Liked: The hotel was close to where I needed to be in Southold.
Disliked: The advertised price was a bait-and-switch. The room was advertised for $166 per night. For three nights, I was expecting about $500. Total cost was $713. Aside from various taxes, there was a “parking fee” of $23 per night (to park in a standard, outdoor parking lot about 30 yards from my room), and an “amenity fee” of $18 per night. Other than coffee and bagel/croissants/yogurt, there were no “amenities.” There also are no closets or drawers in the room (who does that in a hotel?), so plan to live out of your suitcase.
