Sorrento Hotel & Restaurant

A nice and friendly hotel...

Liked: The Italian restaurant was excellent! The food was wonderful and the staff very friendly. Breakfast at the hotel was also very good.There was a good, regular bus service into the city centre.
Disliked: The room was rather small and cramped. The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Liked: staff lovely .......restaurant very good .........free parking..........plenty of towels and wide range of other products topped up daily

Liked: Breakfast was ok, but there was a fly in the restaurant, and it landed on my toasted bread, which I threw away.
Disliked: For the size of the room and bathroom, it isn't worth £141 for one night. The room and bathroom were too small.

Good experience, free parking, breakfast...

Liked: Overall good experience, the room was small, but comfortable with en-suite bathroom. The mattress is very soft. Breakfast is rich, with full English breakfast. Staff is helpful. There is free parking.
Disliked: The mattress is very soft and I prefer harder ones for back pain.

Liked: Nice place with parking next to a few shops which was handy

Very good

Liked: Booked a single with breakfast , was given a king-sized bed room 124. Noisy at night as a pub is near but it settled down by midnight. Plenty of shops, takeaways and places to eat nearby. Would happily stay again, special thank you to the young chap on reception. Very pleasant and helpful. I would HAPPILY stay again.
Disliked: Small shower cubicle but I'm 6ft6 , it can't be helped.

Liked: Location and functionality
Disliked: I have stayed here two or three times before, but something has changed. Maybe new owners? But the ambiance has definitely fallen in both the hotel and the previously excellent restaurant. The breakfast, once cooked to order, is now a buffet with a marked reduction in quality.
