Liked: Our host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and to assist us in planning daily excursions.

Not as good as before

Liked: This was the second time staying at the hotel. Was very happy previously. This time they were under staffed. Breakfast was slow and dishes not replenished. Cleaning of the room was poor with the floors not vacuumed/mopped and worst of all soiled hand towels we had left on the floor, folded up and left to re-use with no new replacements. The good part was that management did fix up the issues once they were informed.
Disliked: location, comfort and most staff
