A Great Stay! Good location...

Liked: Location was great! Clean and comfortable room. Several eateries around the location. Good breakfast. Friendly staff and they were able to accommodate my request for a later checkout. Truly appreciated that we were able to rest longer in the room before we checked out to take our train to the airport.
Disliked: Insufficient socket points. Google map showed a longer route to reach the hotel that made it more difficult to navigate with luggages. Friendly staff shared with us on the easier route to take and it was more manageable when we checked out with our luggages to get to the train station.

Great city, wonderful stay

Liked: We came from Wengen back to Zurich by train and it was so nice that the hotel was so close to the main train station. The location is great since the National Museum is only 5 min walk, as well as a little funicular (polybahn) which takes you up the hill to ETH. Also, the hotel is very close to the river and lake, the promenade can take you all the way to the China garden.Our room was modern, specious and breakfast was very good, typical continental style breakfast.
