Very good all in all

Liked: The location was great, the room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast was very good comprising a variety of warm and cold food and beverages, fruits, nuts, cheese etc. served by a lovely friendly lady, and requests were duly responded to.

It was a very nice...

Liked: Perfectly clean room, its location is as central as it can be, you can walk within 5-10 mins to every place you need to see as a turist in Zurich.
Disliked: One could call it pricey, but it is a Swiss standard, I don’t think it is too pricey compared to other hotels.
