Liked: Good breakfast and the location near the town center, the staff was helpful
Disliked: The family room hasn’t enough space to store clothes for 4 people for more than one night, we’re 4 (2 adults 2 kids) staying for more than two nights and we had to leave our clothes in the suitcase due to the lack of space to accommodate it

Out of town use tram...

Liked: Pillow menu & heated towel rail was lovely, nice and quiet
Disliked: Bad shower design with tap right where you stand- we did have a issue with the shower connection which was fixed the next day. There was dirt on the towel rail and in a random cupboard with a rack in it…

Exceptional

Liked: We had a reserved parking spot outside the hotel which was great. There is the tram stop 2 mins away and 2 cafes across the street. Breakfast was nice and the hotel was a convenient location to explore the city and get to the airport.

Disliked: The self check in process could be a bit better explained. After phone support we could manage to access the room.

Quiet but didn’t reach expectations

Disliked: The gluten free options we were told existed when we booked were very minimal. No gluten free bread, hot dishes mainly contained gluten. Quite a walk from city centre uphill. Room was tiny for 2 people and therefore expensive.
