Quiet Comfortable Stay

Liked: The room was clean, quiet (as per our request) and comfortable. The location was great for Winterthur, just next to the main shopping street while the train station is only within a few minutes' walk. There were many restaurants nearby. Staff, including Thomas, Petra and Jasmine, were friendly and helpful. We also loved the fact that Winterthur is a beautiful city and the hotel is in the old town close to parks.
Disliked: We were satisfied. If there were anything that could be improved, it was probably the variety of breakfast as well as the size of the bathroom and its temperature during winter. Nevertheless, it was still a great deal and we would definitely return if we happen to visit Winterthur again.

Liked: Amazing breakfast, very clean room with all kind of amenities. Very kind staff, with attention to any little detail that can make one's stay pleasant. Absolutely recommended.

Great time in Winterthur

Liked: Perfect spot in the old town, 5 mins walk from the station. Very comfortable. Brilliant breakfast! Very helpful staff.
Disliked: Room too warm. A second chair would have been appreciated.

A really nice experience

Liked: A clean and tiny hotel, everything is wonderful except the lift. Really good breakfast which is the best experience during my stay in Switzerland.
Disliked: The lift is too small to hold guests with luggages.
