Liked: Centrally located , lots of public transport available . Staff nice and polite . Room was lovely and had everything we needed and more . Amazing value for money . You won’t be disappointed

Liked: Great location close to public transportation. They offer a very nice small breakfast with croissants and coffee.

Liked: The location is very good.
Disliked: Awfully worn-out beds, dusty room (triggered my allergy), difficult to regulate shower temperature, guests remain outside but very close to the entrance so the reception/breakfast area *stinks* with cigarette smoke. I arrived late night and there was a guy hitting on the receptionist. Awkward.

Great hotel, good value, clean,...

Liked: The hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming. It was also very well situated, in walking distance close to central transport links, the Tiergarten and sightseeing bus pick up route.
Disliked: I booked a twin room but was given a double room on arrival. This took a little time to resolve as the hotel didn't have a record of the twin room booking from Booking.com. But we were eventually offered a double room which met our needs.
