Very good

Liked: The hotel is decent, with very friendly staff. The location and proximity to metro stations and buses are excellent (everything is just around the corner). A good place for a pleasant stay. The croissant and coffee offered by the hotel in the morning are a really good idea.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Friendly staff, clean sheet without odour and not making skin itchy, close to the bus station and supermarket

Exceptional

Liked: We went from a more expensive hotel to this one and we absolutely loved it. It was simpler but everything worked properly, the beds were comfortable, super clean and full of attentive details. We loved the cute sewing kit, the bottle of water and the lemon juice

Liked: Great location, one lovely member of staff (she was new)
Disliked: Booked a twin bed room and was told when we got there that they do not have twin beds, only double. I had a very upset 16 year old who had to sleep on the floor. The main woman on reception had no sympathy, or apology and ignored us for the 5 days we stayed. Not impressed with their customer service! Hopefully they will keep the new member of staff on, who was lovely.
