Disliked: The rooms didn’t have any kind of locks other than the key card. No deadbolt or additional lock that can only be locked from the inside. One of the beds seemed to be broken and was very lopsided. The bedroom was cramped and the bathroom sink area is open to the bedroom so it was impossible for one person to be up getting ready without waking everyone else up. Kind of expensive for how outdated it was.

Pleasant comfortable stay

Liked: Suite plenty of room. Storage shuttle to and from train and plane electric kettle and actual coffee maker! Pleasant staff
Disliked: Location was not special. Decor was very brown.

Very convenient. Lyft convenient, though...

Liked: 1.) The complimentary pickup from Train Depot. The driver was super nice and apologized for the unkempt transport van rather than the other vehicle for the three of us. (I did mention to the front desk that there were 3 travellers.) 2.) The very clean kitchen with well-working appliances.3.) The very clean towels.4.) The printed message on the desk to call for visitor needs was helpful. (I.e. for trash pick-up outside out door on day 2.)
Disliked: The wall-to-wall carpets are not healthy for elderly and immunocompromised guests. I spent most of my time sitting in the kitchen although I have slippers and we did not wear dirty shoes past the first closet. Although the carpets APPEARED clean I was BITTEN by dust mites at least 10 times on the left side of my body. As a scientist, I travel all over the world twice yearly and know how to protect myself more than most people. None the less, I was bitten at Sophie's. Please have housekeeping vaccum with a straight attachment near the carpet's wall BASEBOARDS and the SOFA where dust mites congregate. That will provide better health safety. Or offer rooms WITHOUT carpets. Thanks!
