Liked: The location was outstanding. Minutes walk to the key villages and the transportation center. Terrific facilities. Calm atmosphere. Great for our couples mini break. We found the games room on our last morning.
Disliked: The staff in the Ludwig restaurant didn't provide good service. We were seated and then had to wait sometime before we asked to see a menu! We weren't even given menus!

Liked: Love the architecture and layout. Such a cute design and very convenient to the town center as well.

Liked: Great location in vail village, and super attentive staff throughout the property. Especially the warm greeting from the valet team and hotel reception.

Truly magical, exceeded my expectations

Liked: The facilities, including the beautiful spa, outdoor hot tubs, fruit-infused water around the hotel and fresh cookies delivered every night with turn-down service were exceptional. The in-room fireplace and friendly concierge were a cherry on top of this whole unforgettable experience. The hotel is also perfectly located in the beautiful Vail village.
Disliked: Nothing.
