Disliked: The beds are really uncomfortable and really small. A double does not fit two people. The lobby and lounge are really dated and the low ceilings make the space feel like a motel.

Lovely stay, would come back...

Liked: The hotel is beautiful, well kept, and very much what you would think a Bavarian ski hotel would look like. The breakfast buffet was great. The location was great as well. It was a bonus to have multiple dining spots on site.
Disliked: Not the best choice for small children. This is not a problem necessarily of the hotel, but the pictures on booking shows a bath tub for the room we booked, but upon check in we had a shower. I was told the hotel was at capacity and they gave the impression that because I booked through booking.com it was not their problem. Which is what it is, although we did still pay a fair amount to stay there. Also, the hotel bar area in the lobby can get quite loud and rowdy, especially on the weekends. The treff cafe had a DJ blaring techno music for a couple hours a few nights we were there which was below our room and could be heard over 2 white noise machines. Again, fine if you’re not staying there with small children.
