Splendid beautiful resort

Liked: Excellent quality property that is extremely well run by good people and their staff are professional and courteous.It is beautiful and the amenities like the pool, spa, coffee bar, concierge, gardens are all perfect.
Disliked: They helped me get in my room about 30 minutes early because we had a very long day traveling and needed to lay down!

Disliked: Room too small. Dirty bedspreads. Ugly decoration inside room. Oxygen bar was worthless. Very small pool area with not enough chairs.

Liked: The location was outstanding. Minutes walk to the key villages and the transportation center. Terrific facilities. Calm atmosphere. Great for our couples mini break. We found the games room on our last morning.
Disliked: The staff in the Ludwig restaurant didn't provide good service. We were seated and then had to wait sometime before we asked to see a menu! We weren't even given menus!
