Liked: Lovely traditional style - friendly staff- great location for boarding glacier express. Nice breakfast and good evening meal.
Disliked: Room was compact so a little tight on space. Fan in bathroom kept running for thirty mins when light was switched on - a bit of a problem during the night.

Well located hotel, nice room...

Disliked: No hot water the first day I m still waiting for my invoice…Could improve the friendliness Have been refused twice in the restaurant. Do not keep or ask the guest if they want to eat in the hotel restaurant so that they give them the priority. Well it’s not so bad but I think it’s under staff.
