Convenient but a let down...

Liked: The foyer is lovely but a ghost town. Staff were friendly and polite, check-in was smooth.Location is easy if arriving by train at central. We walked up to Newtown and Syd Uni and Brickfields Bakery is just over the road. Could easily have walked to Redfern.
Disliked: The room was very small.The bathroom needed a deep clean - mold in the shower.The hallways are deodorised with an strong, artificial, sweet something that gave me a headache.The train noise was louder than expected.We both rolled in on the bed like an air mattress so it probably needs more structure.

Liked: Friendly and accommodating staff, premium location--close to train station as well.
Disliked: These are not a deal-breaker as I know where the hotel is located. Some rooms are facing the railway, and could get really noisy. Try to avoid rooms that are next to the lift as well. Staff are friendly so if available, choose rooms facing the alley, and away from the lift. Rooms are fairly small--but this shouldn't matter if you're out and about most of the day.

Perfect for a weekend getaway...

Liked: Loved the two bed room unit, and the fact that beds can be separated. Had all the emenities you needed - two bathrooms, dining table, loungroom and kitchen
Disliked: Didn’t have anything to dry dishes but simple fix to just add tea towel to room

Great location with local food...

Liked: It has the basics you need! Just wish it had a full length mirror
Disliked: Walls can be thin, but can’t be helped!
