Liked: The hotel is quite well situated, close to Redfern train station (boon and a bane at the same time) and also about a 20 minute walk to the city centre. The hotel lobby is also quite nice.
Disliked: Not all staff were as willing to help as others. I asked for a printed invoice (which is honestly quite a basic request) and the staff refused to print it out for me. The room is also extremely noisy because it's close to the train station, and very poorly sound proof. I heard the housekeepers talking outside my room from 6.30am. It was impossible to sleep well.

Perfect for my needs as...

Liked: Great room - perfect for overnight. So simple to get to airport from there early in morning.Clean and comfortable and well designed
Disliked: Could hear trains passing below.

Good value, would stay again.

Liked: Not far from Central Station. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: Could have done with an extra table or fold out stand to leave suitcase.
