Liked: Staff was very helpful and friendly. Specially, Irsh who made feel warming and welcoming.
Disliked: Air conditioning wasn’t working. That night was so sweaty and uncomfortable.

Great service but a few...

Liked: Rooms are very spartan but clean and comfortable. Service was responsive although booking housekeeping a day ahead during a short stay was problematic. However, requests were addressed promptly and effectively.
Disliked: The lobby and bar area was way too noisy - volume from music playing on speakers made it challenging to have conversation and we opted to avoid the restaurant simply because it was obscenely loud. As well, for a couple travelling, the rooms have only ONE drawer for storage. Originally we were given an accessible room which is great for someone who needs it, but it lacked a door on closet or a luggage rack plus offered minimal counter space in bathroom. That meant that my wife and I were forced to live out of our suitcases on the floor which shouldn't be the experience in a nicer hotel. Not expecting luxury but should be nailing the basics at minimum.Luckily, the front desk moved us to a different room that met our needs and hotel staff were very responsive (which we appreciated!). The attitude of everyone on the service team was positive and welcoming - that allowed us to address most of our issues promptly.However if you're travelling with more than one person and expect to stay more than a day or two, be aware that the rooms do not have traditional dresser drawers for unpacking neatly. That may not matter to most, but given were were attending a wedding - we preferred to get our nice clothes out of a small suitcase and were disappointed that storage was so minimal. On this point, the staff was apologetic and offered to remove items from the minibar to open up more space. Again - the service team was very responsive and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible so I'd chalk it up to a poor design choice by the hotel's owners.
