Liked: Room good. Breakfast better than expected. Happy hour good. Environment lovely. Free parking. Location excellent given the proximity to local shops and restaurants.
Disliked: Account handling with too much money taken in advance.Receptionist not at all helpful and became stressed when asked about accounts.Insufficient tables/chairs and poorly designed breakfast area.Light touch room service very poor and did not expect to make the beds 8 days out of 10. Not what I expect when on vacation!Not able to get a drink before 14:00 hours

Fantastic hotel for our family...

Liked: Great location, grounds were exceptional. Our children loved the grassy lawn area and the pool. Outdoor patio with a bar adjacent to the lawn made it easy to relax and watch the kids! Would highly recommend.

Very good

Liked: The location was ideal. Staff were friendly and attentive. The pool and landscaping were like a desert oasis. The happy hour and breakfast were a nice surprise and high quality (for free food).
Disliked: Our carpet in the room was stained and dirty. The price was a lot for the quality of the room. The sofa bed was a threadbare mattress and the metal bar poked into the back.

Liked: pool; good size kitchen (if you are going to use a kitchen)
Disliked: rooms on the smaller side, no cabinet space or shelves space, shower and toilet together, no hooks in bathroom or anywhere (5 people going to pool every day, etc),

Liked: Nicely appointed rooms, daily breakfast buffet, happy hour drinks & snacks, and heated pool. Hotel location near shopping is excellent.
Disliked: Some parts of the hotel appeared needing cleaning, carpeting, etc. Lack of sufficient towels at pool. Confusing stair locations for access to courtyard or from parking areas.
