It’s a good hotel just...

Liked: The location and one of the workers she’s very sweet
Disliked: The cleaning lady very rude and I watched her clean my toilet then the tub with the same rags I just re cleaned it after her she’s alway 8 to 9 days before she clean just crazy and i reported that one of my stove don’t work 3 weeks ago i haven’t heard nothing on it the staff member is rude and one is sweet the other is new and very helpful over all a good place but a lil mo work it will be perfect

Disliked: No pool, some of the workers there and there was nothing for kids to do!!!!

Liked: Nothing we got a refund!
Disliked: There was no pool that they advertised, we was supposed to have a double room with a couch ( there is 5 of us) they put us in a king with a couch. Went to the front to let them know and they sent us to another room. When we got in it the cabinets were open and it was stripped down and a roach fogger set off. We went back to the office and he asked if he can just give us bedding for the room and us stay.... Um no! We went right down to laquita inn and stayed with no problems

Liked: I loved the fact that I was accommodated with a downstairs room .I also love the location .
Disliked: I chose the room with the kitchenette and kitchenware .When I got to the room there was no kitchenware ,so I had to go all the way back home to pick up all the things I needed to cook.

Liked: The staff is genuinely concerned for the residents on property... And the new color scheme...
Disliked: I miss the swimming pool, it's summer... And they add a barbecue area, with the summer sun already microwaving us...
