Clean, but average, charged extra...

Liked: Good location. Clean
Disliked: First room, the deadbolt was stuck open. The second room was next to the outside door, so all night long any time someone came or went the door banged pretty loudly. No ice machine in the building we were in, had to go next door (and no ice bucket). Extra $10/ day to park was a bad surprise, and not worth it

Liked: Spacious clean well appointed & well stocked. Super convenient to downtown Renton, with short drives to Seattle & SeaTac airport. Quiet. Nice little pool. Staff VERY helpful, kind, courteous, responsive, professional
Disliked: Best hotel I've stayed in on my cross country trip from NC

Why I will not stay...

Disliked: Being called and woken up,late at night and early in the morning, by the front desk, due to unknown reasons. Also, being refused a receipt by the front desk. Completely unprofessional.

I would most definitely book...

Liked: It had a full kitchen and location was perfect. Room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: The hallway smelled a little due to others having pets

Filthy rooms, poorly kept, and...

Liked: Beds were comfortable
Disliked: The room was dirty, first we had to be moved to a new room because it was disgusting with hair on the couch and just filthy, second room we got to I went to wipe down common use things and they were brown. Table still had sticky stuff on it, walls had stuff dripping down them. We had house keeping come and clean again while I wiped things down with Clorox wipes I had. I would have left but we booked third party and couldn’t plus there were a bunch of us staying at that hotel and it would have been an ordeal to move everyone. Then I asked for more towels and instead of knocking on the door and handing them to us, they set them on the disgusting carpet in front of the room. Unbelievable, I’d never ever stay again!
